4/4 cello of the Hardie School, Scottish c.1810

4/4 cello of the Hardie School, Scottish c.1810

Made circa 1810, this Scottish cello is a good example of the Hardie school, featuring a clear and pure sound. It would be well suited to chamber music but would also blend well in a section. It is in good condition and has been finished with yellow/brown varnish.

- Length of back: 740mm

- String playing length: 680mm
