4/4 violin by Ch. J. B Collin-Mezin c.1890

4/4 violin by Ch. J. B Collin-Mezin c.1890

A fine example of Collin-Mezin's work, this violin is in an excellent state of preservation. It captures the true essense of the 'French' sound, with warm brilliance across all four strings, and sweetness on the E. It is finished with traditional pale brown varnish.

- Length of back: 357mm

- String playing length: 325mm
