We understand that sometimes you'll need to return items to us and we've made this quick and easy.

If a product is faulty or not suitable for your needs then we’ll exchange it or refund an order. We'll exchange or refund all items which:

  • Are returned to us within 14 days of receipt, and
  • Are returned to us in perfect condition, within their original sealed packaging, and with any labels or seals still attached and intact.

Your statutory rights are not affected. Please see our Refund Policy for more information.



Please pack your parcel securely, preferably using its original packaging but removing the delivery label. Please print and complete our Returns Form and include with your return.

We do not pay for returns. You may return your item using any tracked service.

Alternatively we can provide you with a return shipping label on request. This only applies to items originally sent with Royal Mail.  You will need access to a printer. The cost of the return will then be deducted from the refunded amount.


We will cover the postage of the first replacement order sent in exchange for a return, meaning you only pay for postage once. Please print and complete our Returns Form and include with your return.


*Returns from EU and rest of the world. Please note that all returned items must be returned on a duty paid service. Any items returned via a duty unpaid option will not be accepted.

Please pack your parcel up securely, preferably using its original packaging but removing the delivery label.

We do not pay for returns. You may return your item using an appropriate international tracked service.


Wrap securely in a jiffy bag or box, taking care not to damage the product packaging and post to:

Please enclose your invoice or returns form, letting us know what action you would like us to take, eg. exchange or refund. This will help us to ensure we process your return quickly and efficiently.

You'll need to pay the postage costs to return your parcel. We recommend that you ensure you obtain sufficient postal insurance in case your item goes missing on its way back to us.

We'll refund your item via your original payment method.
We try our best to process all refunds within 24 hours of receipt, however during busy periods allow 10 working days for your refund to appear in your account. We will only refund using the original payment method.

When we've completed your refund, we'll send you an email to let you know.

We will (where applicable) refund reasonable postage costs if there is a fault found with an item. Please contact us via e-mail on
